Booking Terms and Conditions
- This is a "Holiday Let". not a "Residential Let". The maximum letting time in any one period is 4 weeks.
Weekly bookings are from Sunday to Sunday. Short breaks are possible by prior arrangement.
- Normally,
arrival should be after 4 p.m. and departure should
be by 11 a.m. If the chalet is available, we can
be flexible about these times. Please ask.
- Provisional
bookings will be accepted by telephone and email
and will be held for 7 days, pending our receipt
of a completed booking form and £50 deposit.
- The
balance of the payment must be received by us no
later than 4 weeks before your holiday. For late
bookings, payment needs to be made in full at the
time of booking. Payment should be by cheque
made payable to S. Havercroft and sent to
the address on the booking form.
- We will
confirm your booking and receipt of your deposit
by letter or email, please inform us of your preference
on the booking form.
- There is no complicated
surcharge for electricity. Please conserve
the power to allow us to continue to offer
this facility free of charge.
The alternative is a Meter!
- Freshly laundered bedding and
Handtowels, now supplied free of
charge. Guests will need to provide their
own Bathtowels.
- The
hirer will be held responsible and make good any
damage to the chalet and/or the loss or breakage
of fittings, utensils, crockery and cutlery etc.
- No liability
can be accepted for any loss, damage or injury to
occupants or their property during the period of
their stay. You are advised to take out your own
insurance.
- For the comfort of our guests a strict No Smoking policy is enforced in the chalet.
- We reserve
the right to terminate the tenancy of the property
if conduct is detrimental to other residents or
property. In these circumstances, no monies would
be refunded.

We are a 'pet friendly holiday let' so you are welcome to bring your pets along to stay with you.
